Role Description

What You'll Do
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
Own the complete sales cycle for PropOS — discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close — across developer accounts of every size in our target list.
Run consultative, discovery-led sales conversations,



not transactional pitches — real estate developers need to understand how PropOS fits their specific operation before they'll commit.
Carry and own a quarterly revenue/customer-acquisition target, tied to PropOS's Year 1 growth plan.
Pipeline Generation (Not Just Closing)
Personally generate a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting — this is not a purely inbound-lead, order-taking role, especially in our first 6–12 months.
Build and execute a segmented outreach strategy across Starter, Growth, Professional, and Enterprise-tier developers, including a distinct “design partner” approach for large developers not yet ready to buy.
Enterprise & SaaS Sales Motion
Navigate longer, more complex sales cycles with larger developers — multiple stakeholders, procurement processes, and higher-stakes decision-making.
