Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
Design MongoDB collections, indexes, queries, and aggregation logic.
Integrate application services with relational and NoSQL data stores.
Support code reviews, defect resolution, and production issue analysis.
Skills Required:
6 to 12 years of relevant backend development experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot development.
Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and MongoDB data modeling.
Experience building scalable services with SQL and NoSQL integration.
Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and unit/integration testing practices.
Good to Have:
Kafka, Redis, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and observability tools.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
