We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented professional to join our team in Jaipur and develop strong referral partnerships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain referral partnerships with Orthopaedic, Neurology, Rheumatology, Geriatric, Pain Management, IVF and other relevant specialists, along with hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across Jaipur.
Generate qualified patient referrals for physiotherapy, rehabilitation and allied healthcare services.
Identify,



approach and develop new strategic healthcare partnerships and referral opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals to build and strengthen professional relationships.
Understand the clinical needs of referral partners and effectively communicate PHYSIO+'s services, capabilities and patient-care approach.
Develop and maintain a strong healthcare referral network across Jaipur.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends and potential referral channels.
Represent PHYSIO+ at medical conferences, healthcare networking events, skilled meetings and promotional activities.
Work closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and patient onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, referrals, follow-ups and partnership activities.
Update and manage CRM systems and submit regular activity and performance reports.
