We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving growth across multiple e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, with at least one client-side leadership stint to complement agency or consulting experience. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can balance analytical rigor with creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads to maximize ROI, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
E-commerce Growth
Scale e-commerce channels by optimizing paid media campaigns, improving conversion rates, and increasing customer lifetime value (CLV).
