Role Description The Junior System Administrator role at MEIKO India is a full-time, dayshift, on-site position based in Yelahanka, Bengaluru. This role involves supporting and maintaining IT systems, including servers, desktops, and peripheral devices, to ensure smooth daily operations. The Junior System Administrator will monitor system performance, perform routine updates and backups,



and assist in managing user accounts and access permissions. The person in this role will provide first-level technical support to internal users, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate complex problems when needed. Collaboration with senior IT staff, documentation of procedures, and adherence to security and compliance standards are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
2+ years of relevant experience
Candidates should possess skills in System Administration, including basic server and workstation management and routine maintenance.
Candidates should possess skills in Microsoft 365, including basic understanding of Intune, Teams, SharePoint or any other technologies.
