Job Summary

The Affiliates Operations role supports the Affiliates utility by providing end-to-end orchestration, coordination, tracking and management information across Requests for Information (RFI), Irregular Activity Events (IAE), Sanctions Risk Events (SRE) and other activities.

The role is responsible for ensuring cases are progressed efficiently through the appropriate workflows, stakeholders are engaged in a timely manner, actions are tracked to completion, and governance reporting is maintained. The role does not own risk decisions or affiliate relationships but enables the Relationship Lead to provide effective oversight, governance and engagement across the affiliate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

Support the Affiliates Relationship Lead in maintaining effective oversight of affiliate risk matters across the assigned portfolio.
Provide portfolio reporting, tracking and analysis to support the management of affiliate risks and related activities.
Monitor open affiliate risk issues and ensure actions,



escalations and remediation activities are tracked to completion.
Support the implementation and ongoing embedding of affiliate governance frameworks, controls and standards across the business.
Coordinate the end-to-end administration and workflow management of Requests for Information (RFI), Irregular Activity Events (IAE) and Sanctions Risk Events (SRE).
Ensure timely engagement of relevant stakeholders and monitor progress of investigations, reviews and remediation activities.
Escalate delays, bottlenecks and unresolved actions to the Affiliates Relationship Lead where appropriate.
Maintain complete records, audit trails and management information relating to RFI, IAE and SRE activities.

Engage stakeholders in formulation and review of action plans
Support various stakeholders on regulatory and audit requests covering Affiliates
Implement measures that result in industry, regulatory and product knowledge being continually develop
