Payroll Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Process end-to-end payroll for associates in accordance with company policies and payroll calendars.
Validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, incentives, arrears, and final settlements.
Perform pre-payroll and post-payroll audits to ensure payroll accuracy.
Process off-cycle payroll payments as required.
Data Management & Validation
Maintain and update employee payroll records in HRIS/payroll systems.
Review payroll input files for completeness and accuracy.
Reconcile payroll data with HR, Finance, and Operations records.
Ensure employee master data is accurate and updated.
Conduct periodic payroll audits and data quality checks.
Statutory Compliance
