Role Description The Head of Placements and Student Outcomes will lead all placement, career development, and outcome-tracking initiatives for students at The LIT School. This in office role, based in India, involves building and managing relationships with brands, agencies, and startups to create internship, project,



and full-time employment opportunities for learners. The role includes designing and implementing career readiness programs, conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching, and aligning student portfolios with market expectations. The Head of Placements and Student Outcomes will collaborate closely with academic and program teams to ensure curriculum-to-career alignment and continuously track, analyze, and report student outcomes to internal stakeholders and industry partners. The position requires active engagement with students, employers, and the broader ecosystem to expand opportunities and maintain high placement standards.

What We’re Looking for -

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in education industry or corporate partnerships
Experience or interest in institute branding and recruitment marketing
