Role Description The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Pune District, supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the hotel group. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of marketing campaigns,



coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and supporting digital and offline promotional activities. The role involves creating marketing collateral, managing social media and online reputation, organizing events and activations, and collaborating with sales and operations to drive occupancy and revenue. The Assistant Marketing Manager also contributes to budget tracking, vendor coordination, and timely implementation of marketing plans in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in marketing and brand management, with the ability to support campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
