The Physical to Demat Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and client acquisition related to the conversion of physical securities into dematerialized form. This role involves identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating the transition process to demat securities.
Key Responsibilities:

➢Sales and Business Development:
•Identify and target potential clients (individual investors, corporations, etc.) for physical to demat conversion services.
•Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the client base.
•Conduct presentations and demonstrations of demat services to prospective clients.

➢Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and addressing their needs related to dematerialization.
•Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up and support.
•Address client inquiries and concerns regarding the demat process, offering solutions and guidance.





➢Product Knowledge and Expertise:
•Stay informed about the latest developments in dematerialization processes, regulatory changes, and market trends.
•Educate clients on the benefits and processes of converting physical securities to demat form.

➢Coordination with Internal Teams:
•Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of demat requests and adherence to compliance requirements.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and driving sales.

➢Reporting and Analytics:
•Track and report on sales performance, client acquisition metrics, and other key performance indicators.
•Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.
