This role supports Resource Management organization by assisting with subcontractor onboarding, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and operational reporting while working closely with Resource Managers and cross-functional teams.

Position Overview
The Resource Analyst provides operational support to Resource Management organization by assisting with subcontractor onboarding, vendor management, procurement processes, and resource reporting. Working under general guidance, the individual will perform day-to-day operational activities, maintain accurate data, and support staffing and procurement processes while following established policies and procedures. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of Consulting operations and Resource Management practices while contributing to the team's operational success.

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in resource management, vendor management, procurement operations, reporting, or a related field
Previous experience supporting consulting or professional services organizations
Experience with Project Status Reporting and Scheduling (PSRS) is a plus
Experience with Cloud Procurement is a plus
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly learn policies, processes, and internal systems
Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data collection, validation, and reporting
