Role Description The Senior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for apparel collections. This role involves researching global trends, developing concepts and mood boards,



creating detailed sketches and technical packs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, and sourcing. The Senior Designer will guide junior designers, ensure brand alignment across collections, and work closely with buyers and external partners to refine designs based on feedback and market requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing samples, ensuring quality and fit, managing timelines for design deliverables, and contributing to sustainability-focused design decisions. The role requires a balance of creative vision, commercial understanding, and hands-on execution to deliver collections that meet design, quality, and cost goals.
