Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Nibav Home Lifts. In this role, the individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities, develop relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and channel partners, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The position involves conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, participating in client meetings and site visits,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and smooth installation planning. The Business Development Manager will maintain a sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and contribute to local marketing initiatives and brand awareness activities.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation.
Ability to build and manage client relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, and channel partners.
Experience in market research, territory planning, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Competence in preparing commercial proposals, sales presentations, and basic sales reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
