Key Responsibilities

Act as the functional SME for SAP PP and provide comprehensive end-to-end support for Production Planning processes
Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into effective SAP PP solutions
Configure and enhance SAP PP functionalities including: Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions, Production Orders, MRP, Shop Floor Control
Lead initiatives for production planning, manufacturing execution, and process optimization
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including MM, QM, SD, PM,



and FI/CO to ensure seamless integration
Perform advanced system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities
Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with business users to drive alignment
Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, interfaces, and reports
Support integration with MES or other manufacturing applications where applicable
Manage incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
Develop user documentation, conduct comprehensive training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to business users
Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Deliver effective SAP PP solutions that meet business requirements and enhance production plann
