Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Executive at DALMAF Private Limited. The Telesales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone to introduce DALMAF’s services,



understand client requirements, and promote suitable solutions. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and following up to convert leads into successful sales. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared, addressing basic customer support questions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Telesales Executive will work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach.
