Job Description

1) Leadership and Management:
and manage the hospital's security team, including recruiting, training, and supervising security personnel.
and maintain a high-performance culture within the security team, ensuring all members are motivated and equipped to perform their duties effectively.




2) Policy Development and Implementation:
and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of Hospital.

3) Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
