ROLE

Manage and grow the online presence of Medisky Group and its group companies across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile (GMB).

The candidate must think of Medisky brands as their own, understand each business and proactively plan content, branding and growth strategies.

This is a career-focused role with a long-term path toward Head of Digital Marketing → Head of Marketing → CMO, Medisky Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all assigned social media pages and GMB profiles.
Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns and platform strategies.
Create/coordinate Reels, Shorts, videos, stories, carousels, posters, educational, promotional, corporate, event and testimonial content.
Write captions, posts, LinkedIn content, YouTube titles/descriptions, scripts, headlines and promotional copy.




Maintain consistent brand identity, communication and online reputation.
Monitor comments, messages, reviews and audience engagement.
Track competitors, trends and new content formats.
Analyse reach, engagement, followers, views, watch time, profile visits, clicks, enquiries and GMB performance.
Prepare reports and recommend improvements.
Develop ideas to increase brand awareness, audience, engagement, visibility and enquiries.
Use AI tools for content ideas, writing, design, image/video concepts, research and productivity.
Possess basic photo and video editing skills. Professional editing is not required.
Use tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut, Adobe or similar.
