Job Description – Junior 3D Visualizer (Interior, Exterior & Walkthroughs)

Working Days: 6 days (Monday–Saturday)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with proven expertise in commercial office interiors, exterior façade visualization, and architectural walkthroughs. The role is responsible for transforming 2D architectural and interior drawings into photorealistic 3D visualizations that support design development, client presentations, sales proposals, approvals, and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray/Corona Renderer, with a solid understanding of corporate workplace design, materials, lighting, rendering, and animation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and highly detailed 3D interior models for managed office spaces, corporate workplaces, business parks, and commercial buildings.
Convert 2D CAD drawings, layouts, and design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.




Produce high-quality exterior elevations and façade renderings for office buildings, campuses, and technology parks.
Create photorealistic renders using V-Ray or Corona with accurate lighting, textures, materials, reflections, and camera composition.
Develop interior and exterior walkthrough animations for client presentations and marketing.
Apply realistic materials and textures for flooring, ceilings, walls, furniture, glass, metals, fabrics, and architectural finishes while maintaining corporate design standards.
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and execution teams to ensure design accuracy and timely revisions.
Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client meetings, approvals, leasing, and business development.
Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to project timelines across all visualization deliverables.
