Role Description The Senior Customer Success Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving customer value, satisfaction, and retention across MiClient’s industrial and enterprise accounts. Day-to-day,



this role will onboard new customers, understand their revenue execution workflows, and guide them in effective adoption of MiClient’s AI-driven platform. The Senior Customer Success Manager will proactively monitor account health, analyze usage data, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with product, sales, and engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver tailored solutions. This role includes leading customer business reviews, creating success plans, managing renewals and escalations, and providing strategic guidance on best practices. The position also involves documenting customer feedback, contributing to playbooks, and mentoring junior team members to elevate the customer success function.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
