Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Freight Forwarding Documentation professional. The role involves preparing and verifying export and freight forwarding documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and other transport-related paperwork. The team member will coordinate with internal departments, carriers,



and customers to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents in line with regulatory and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include updating shipment records, monitoring cargo status, resolving documentation issues, and supporting customer service with shipment-related information. The role also requires maintaining compliance with international trade regulations and company policies while contributing to effective freight operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and forwarding processes, with the ability to manage documentation workflows.
