Role Description The Inprocess Quality Control Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Thane. This role involves monitoring production processes to ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications, including inspection of in-process components such as filter driers, accumulators, and related parts. The engineer will perform routine quality checks, maintain inspection records,



support root-cause analysis of nonconformities, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Daily responsibilities include applying quality tools, updating control plans, ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing line.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in in-process inspection and testing.
Sound Quality Management knowledge, including familiarity with quality standards, procedures, and documentation practices.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis in a manufacturing environment.
Effective Communication skills for transparent reporting, cross-functional coordination, and interaction with production, engineering, and management teams.
