About the role
Influencer marketing at Solara Home is not a "send free product and hope" function. It is a channel with a budget, a pipeline, a conversion rate and a P&L; line — and we want one person to own all of it end to end. You will find creators, pitch them, negotiate barter and paid deals, get the content shot and live, and then prove what it did for the business. The job is equal parts relationship-building and spreadsheet discipline. If you enjoy talking to people all morning and reconciling numbers all afternoon, this role will fit you well. This is an in-office role in Hyderabad because so much of the work is physical and team-oriented — product pulls for seeding, sample shoots, briefing sessions, and same-day problem-solving when a creator goes quiet the day before a launch.

What you'll own
1. Sourcing and outreach Build and maintain a live pipeline of creators across home, interiors, lifestyle, and homemaker/family content — nano and micro tiers included, not just the obvious names. Run outbound at volume: DMs, email, WhatsApp, agency contacts.



Personalized enough to get replies, systematic enough to be repeatable. Vet before you pitch — audience geography, engagement quality, past brand collaborations, comment sentiment, and whether their aesthetic actually matches ours. Keep a clean CRM of every creator: status, rate card, past performance, and reason for pass or drop.

2. Closing deals — barter and paid Negotiate and close both barter/gifting collaborations and paid partnerships, and know which lever to pull for which creator. Own commercials: rate benchmarking, deliverable counts, usage rights, exclusivity windows, and reshoot terms. Draft and get simple contracts signed; coordinate with finance on invoices, TDS, and payouts so nothing slips. Manage product seeding logistics — dispatch, tracking, replacements — with our ops team.
