WHAT YOU WILL DO

Core Job Responsibilities
Inventory Scheduling: Assist with reprint planning based on inventory/market needs, costing analysis, and final checklist approvals before printing.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth business execution.
Process Monitoring: Track branch stock availability, print schedules, website orders, and invoice filing.
Escalations & Approvals: Handle payment delay follow-ups with the Accounts team and approve the destruction of damaged copies.
E-Commerce, Branch Billing & Author Relations
CocoBlu & Amazon Operations: Handle PO receipts, warehouse flips, weekly reporting, appointment scheduling, billing, and dispute management (PQV/PV).
Website Management: Manage order downloads, local/foreign dispatches, payment gateway reconciliation (Razorpay/CC Avenue), and Shiprocket processing.
Branch & Author Coordination: Manage branch transactions (invoices, GRN, CN), transparency sticker printing, author stock requirements, and contract reviews.
Client Accounts:



Handle Crossword dropship orders, monthly billing, payment follow-ups, and POD billing for Repro/Manipal.
Production & Inventory Planning
Book Costing: Prepare book costing.
Production Management: Update gross production and value reports; monitor print schedules and follow up with Delhi/Mumbai printers.
Stock & Sales Planning: Plan stock/sales requirements for BL and FL; track inventory shortfalls and drive branch reprint order fulfilment.
Operational Support: Assist with costing analysis and follow up on available stock transfers.
Order Processing & Warehouse Coordination
PO Execution: Download POs, coordinate with the Warehouse team for stock marking, and prepare bills for verification and upload.
Dispute & Return Logistics: Manage damaged/defective returns, issue Credit Notes (CN), and oversee DF (Direct Fulfilment) inbound stock updates and order printing.
