Role Description The HR Manager role at Clans Machina is a full-time, in office position based in Odisha, India. The HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, administer compensation and benefits,



and support compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards. The HR Manager will partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support training and development programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, handling employee relations matters with fairness and confidentiality, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to manage hiring across diverse roles.
Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth.
Proficiency in HR policy development, documentation, and implementation aligned with labor regulations.
