Role Description The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. The associate will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on open tickets, and escalate complex matters when needed. Daily responsibilities include supporting a smooth customer journey, gathering feedback to improve services, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales and operations. The role may also involve assisting with basic product or service training for customers and sharing insights to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience to handle inquiries and build positive relationships.
Ability to support Sales activities by identifying opportunities,



sharing product information, and coordinating with the sales team.
Capacity to assist in Training customers or internal staff on basic product or service usage and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role in media, advertising, or a related industry is an advantage.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support tools or CRM systems.
Educational background in any field; a degree or diploma in communications, marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial.
