Job Description:
1. Financial Planning & Reporting:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to the management team.
Present monthly and annual reports on financial performance.

2. Automation & Process Management:
Lead the automation of accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
Oversee all accounting operations, including receivables, payables, and cash flow management.

3. Compliance & Controls:
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP/Ind AS and tax regulations.
Implement solid internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

4. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor the finance & accounts team.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve profitability.
Desired Skills:
· Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
· Experience: 8+ years in finance & accounts roles, preferably in logistics or transportation.
· Skills: Expertise in accounting software, financial automation, and strong analytical abilities.
