Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Manager role based in Palwal, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations,



including planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring for assigned business units or projects. Responsibilities include analyzing financial and operational data, preparing reports and dashboards, and recommending improvements to enhance profitability, efficiency, and service quality. The role will coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to align business plans with company objectives and ensure smooth execution. The Business Manager will also support strategic initiatives related to fleet deployment, customer contracts, and process optimization in the sustainable freight segment.
