We are looking for a hands-on Sr Conversational AI Engineer / Sr Chatbot Engineer with strong experience in Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX / Agent studio and enterprise voice-bot solutions. The candidate will design conversation flows, integrate voice bots with backend and telephony systems, and support production deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise conversational AI solutions using Google CCAI, Dialogflow CX, and CX Agent Studio.
Build sophisticated conversational experiences using intents, entities, parameters, routes, event handlers, fulfillment, and multi-turn conversations.
Translate business and contact-center requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready CCAI solution architectures.
Modernize legacy IVR systems into intelligent, natural, and personalized voice experiences.
Integrate Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech technologies into enterprise voice applications.
Develop APIs, webhooks,



fulfillment services, and backend components using Python or Node.js.
Integrate voice bots with enterprise systems such as CRMs, databases, knowledge bases, ticketing platforms, and internal APIs.
Connect conversational AI solutions with telephony and contact-center platforms such as NICE CXone, Cisco, Genesys, or similar technologies.
Use Gemini, Vertex AI, RAG, and agentic AI patterns for knowledge retrieval, reasoning, response generation, summarization, and automation.
Implement authentication, session management, error handling, logging, monitoring, and fallback strategies.
Troubleshoot conversation flows, voice quality, telephony integrations, latency, and production issues.
Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and contact-center stakeholders to deliver measurable customer-experience improvements.
