Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage HRMS and maintain accurate employee databases.
Develop employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Prepare HR reports,



MIS, and workforce analytics.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
Support training, development, and career-growth initiatives.
Lead and mentor the HR/recruitment team.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate
4+ years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in recruitment + HR operations.
