Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a talented and driven Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team and contribute to the continued growth and development of our industry-leading CAE/CFD solutions.

In this role, you will contribute across the software development lifecycle of Simcenter Flightstream, helping ensure the quality, accuracy, reliability, and robustness of capabilities used for aerodynamic, hydrodynamic, and multidisciplinary analysis.

As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will independently design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases, validate software capabilities delivered by the Development team, and analyze complex technical results.



You will combine solid engineering knowledge with a quality mindset to identify issues, assess risks, improve test coverage, and continuously enhance testing tools and processes.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in aerodynamics, CFD, or aircraft design, combined with excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and programming ability.

Key Responsibilities

Validate complex engineering capabilities: Design and develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate aerodynamic, hydrodynamic, and multidisciplinary capabilities, ensuring software results are accurate, reliable, and consistent with expected engineering behavior.
Develop automated regression testing: Create, maintain, and improve automated regression tests to identify unintended changes and ensure the stability of Simcenter Flightstream capabilities across software releases.
