The Technology Leader will work closely with customers, project delivery teams,
product line management, pre-sales organizations, business development teams,
and global customer engineering organizations to drive successful delivery of
Fixed access network, SDN and other Cloud native applications.

The role is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performance Remote
Delivery Engineering organization focused on Fiber Access xPON network, CPEs and
cloud-integrated network infrastructures. The individual will provide technical
leadership across architecture, design, validation, deployment, optimization,
and lifecycle management of customer networks while ensuring delivery excellence
and superior customer experience.

The candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers covering solution
architecture, technical delivery, network design, interoperability validation,
automation, customer acceptance, and technical consultancy across Nokia's Fixed
Networks portfolio and cloud-native infrastructure environments.
