Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily elevator installation activities at assigned sites.
Lead, guide, and support a team of installation technicians.
Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide in office support for complex installation challenges and escalations.
Ensure installation procedures are followed as per contractual and safety requirements.
Maintain installation quality and minimize downtime through effective planning and execution.




Ensure strict compliance with safety norms, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and on-the-job training for technicians.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for tools, spares, and material availability.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation updates and concerns.
Maintain accurate installation records, logs, and reports.
Support the Manager in performance reviews, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in elevator service and maintenance
Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or supervisory role
Strong troubleshooting skills in elevator systems
