Role Description The Aquaculture Sales Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, Nellore. The role involves visiting aquaculture farms to promote products, explain technical features, and build strong relationships with customers. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.



The Aquaculture Sales Officer will manage sales operations in the assigned territory, coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and maintain accurate records of visits, inquiries, and sales performance. This role also requires staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to contribute to sales strategies and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships in the aquaculture sector.
Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Effective Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with farmers, dealers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of Sales Operations, including territory management, reporting, and coordination of orders and deliveries.
Exposure to Channel Sales
