Docterz is looking for someone who can turn doctors from customers into a community that participates in building the product.
This is not a conventional social-media role.
Docterz is used across thousands of healthcare ecosystems in India. Every week, doctors tell us problems, suggest ideas, use features differently and help us improve the product. We want to start telling these stories publicly - and involve the doctor community much more deeply in what we build.

What you will do:
* Speak to doctors regularly and discover interesting problems, ideas and stories.
* Spend time with our Product, Support and Sales teams to understand what doctors are asking for.
* Turn those conversations into compelling LinkedIn posts, videos, WhatsApp content, case studies and founder stories.
* Follow features from “Doctor asked us…” → “We built it…” → “Here's how doctors are using it.”
* Help build Dr. Atish Laddad's founder voice on LinkedIn and other platforms.
* Build and engage a Docterz community of doctors.
* Invite doctors to suggest, vote on and test upcoming features.




* Generate doctor testimonials, referrals and user-generated content.
* Measure whether content and community are generating qualified doctors and customers—not merely likes and followers.

Who we are looking for:
* 3–6 years experience in content, startup marketing, product marketing, founder's office, journalism or community-led growth.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling ability.
* Very comfortable speaking with senior doctors and founders.
* Strong understanding of LinkedIn and short-form video.
* High curiosity about technology and products.
* Able to convert a complicated product feature into a straightforward human story.
* Commercially oriented—you should care about leads, adoption and revenue.

Most importantly, you should enjoy discovering stories rather than waiting for someone to give you content.
