Role Description The Territory Sales Manager for Pune and Mumbai is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, managing territory performance, and expanding NoBrokerHood’s presence across residential societies in the assigned regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers such as society management committees and facility managers. The role also involves providing customer support during onboarding, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
