The Technology Leader will work closely with customers, project delivery teams,
product line management, pre-sales organizations, business development teams,
and global customer engineering organizations to drive successful delivery of
Optical Transport, Cloud Infrastructure, and Subsea networking solutions.

The role is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performance Remote
Delivery Engineering organization focused on optical transport networks, subsea
connectivity solutions, and cloud-integrated network infrastructures. The
individual will provide technical leadership across architecture, design,
validation, deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of customer
networks while ensuring delivery excellence and superior customer experience.

The candidate will lead a team of highly skilled engineers covering solution
architecture, technical delivery, network design, interoperability validation,
automation, customer acceptance, and technical consultancy across Nokia's
Optical Networks portfolio, subsea transport solutions, and cloud-native
infrastructure environments
