Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing and admissions strategies for the North East region in line with the University's enrollment objectives.
Lead, manage and motivate the marketing/admissions team, ensuring explicit allocation of responsibilities, regular performance tracking and achievement of individual and team targets.
Drive admission sales/enrollment targets through the team, with a strong focus on lead conversion, follow-ups, student counselling and revenue generation.
Monitor the complete lead-to-admission funnel, identify gaps and implement corrective strategies to improve conversion rates.
Plan and execute school, college, institutional and community outreach activities, education fairs, seminars,



counselling sessions and other promotional events.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education consultants, channel partners and other key stakeholders across the North East.
Oversee campus/field office operations, ensuring effective coordination, discipline, reporting and productivity.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and business proposals for management, schools, institutions, partners and prospective students/parents.
Represent the University at education fairs, seminars, conferences, school visits and other public-facing events.
Prepare regular MIS, sales and admissions reports, analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve team performance and enrollment outcomes.
Work closely with the central Marketing, Admissions and other University departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and admission activities.
