Role Description The Outreach Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and engaging creators and talent teams who can benefit from VORRIK7’s production services. In this role, you will research potential partners, build and nurture relationships through digital outreach, and communicate the value of VORRIK7’s clipping, editing,



and full-house production offerings. You will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, provide timely and professional responses, and ensure an excellent experience for prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day activities include drafting outreach messages, coordinating virtual meetings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with internal teams to align outreach with production capabilities and marketing initiatives. You will also gather feedback from creators and teams to help improve services and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft explicit outreach messages, proposals, and follow-up communications.
