About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on Associate Creative Director – Design to lead and elevate the creative output across our portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design, visual storytelling, and campaign thinking, along with the ability to lead creative teams and collaborate effectively across functions.
In this role, you will work closely with Design Supervisors and the Creative Director to shape the visual direction of campaigns, digital platforms, social media, websites, branding, and new business pitches.



You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of creative excellence while ensuring that design solutions are both visually compelling and aligned with the brand and business objectives.
The role will report directly to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with Design Supervisors to strengthen and elevate the creative output across their respective brand portfolios. You will collaborate with the Creative Director on campaign concepts and presentations for new business pitches, while also leading brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop robust, insight-led visual solutions.
