Business Development Executive – B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

Salary:Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum + Attractive Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to company Directors, business owners and senior decision-makers.
Introduce DALMAF's services and create awareness among prospective clients.
Understand the prospect's business requirements and identify relevant service opportunities.
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
Build rapport and establish qualified relationships with decision-makers.
Handle objections and communicate the value of our services effectively.
Schedule meetings and discussions with interested prospects.
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Convert prospects into paying clients and generate new business revenue.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, proposals and conversions.




Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
