About the Role
The Resolute Mind is seeking a dedicated Sports Psychology / Mental Training Intern to provide mental preparation and precision support for athletes in Shooting Sports (Rifle/Pistol) within an academy setting.

Job Title: Sports Psychology / Mental Training Intern
Organization: The Resolute Mind
Domain/Sport: Shooting Sports (Rifle/Pistol)
Location Preference: West Bengal (Preferred)
Stipend: ₹15,000 / month
Fluency- Hindi/english/bengali

Key Responsibilities
Administer tailored mental training drills and performance routines for athletes.
Track and organize athlete debrief logs, psychological evaluations, and assessment data.
Facilitate focus, mindfulness, and stress regulation tools to help athletes regulate under competition pressure.




Coordinate on-range operations directly with coaches and support staff to align technical and mental goals.
Eligibility & Skills
Background in Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Sports Science.
Currently residing in or willing to work on-site/in-field in West Bengal.
Robust passion for precision sports, specifically Rifle and Pistol Shooting.
Excellent record-keeping, data management, and interpersonal communication skills.
