Role Description
The Junior Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, supporting daily operational activities across Ourea’s business verticals. Responsibilities include coordinating internal workflows, maintaining records and documentation, and assisting in the planning and execution of client projects. The role involves monitoring task progress, preparing basic reports and summaries, and supporting operations management with scheduling, follow-ups, and resource coordination. The Junior Operations Assistant will collaborate closely with team members, interact with clients and partners professionally, and help ensure service delivery is efficient, timely,



and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Operations and Operations Management to support day-to-day business processes and project coordination.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, email) and ability to learn current software systems.
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced consultancy setting.
