We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Senior Research Engineer to join our agile and innovative team. If you're passionate about translating research ideas into production-oriented prototypes and have a positive publication record in top-tier conferences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify emerging research trends, critically evaluate academic papers,



and translate theoretical ideas into functional algorithms.
Rapidly build working prototypes and demos, iterating on promising approaches to scale them into robust PoC's.
A major part of the work involves tackling complex challenges in recommendation systems, personalization, causal inference, and counterfactual user engagement modeling.
Run rigorous experiments across large datasets, evaluate model performance statistically, and collaborate closely with cross-functional research and engineering teams to shepherd ideas through the entire pipeline: concept, algorithm, prototype, and PoC.

Work Location:

Education:
Ph.D. or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
