Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The individual in this role will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, including managing key accounts, developing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and project partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets,



conducting market visits, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting Charismatic Electricals’ product portfolio to customers and channel partners. The Area Sales Manager will coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and after-sales support, while preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback. The role also involves organizing product demonstrations, training partners on product features, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in territory management, sales planning, and account management in electrical, lighting, or related industries.
Experience in business development, lead generation, and building long-term customer and channel relationships.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity
