Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 6 - 10 Years (From any Manufacturing Industry)
Location: Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strengthen MIS, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms.
Optimise working capital, cash flow, and liquidity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data inputs.
Standardise finance processes, build and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
Assist in cost analysis, profitability tracking, and process improvement initiatives within FP&A.;
Support in preparing board decks and ad-hoc management presentations.
Liaising with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax professionals.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen interest in finance and business analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); working knowledge of PowerPoint.
Good understanding of financial statements and basic accounting/finance concepts.
Working knowledge of SAP and fixed asset management
High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines consistently.
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams.
