We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience who knows design deeply and communicates it clearly. Someone who can own a project from brief to delivery, lead design decisions with confidence, and articulate the thinking behind their work.

Responsibilities
Own the product design process end-to-end, from brief and discovery through to final handoff.
Make and defend design decisions with clear rationale across clients, engineers, and internal teams.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
Lead design reviews and present work to clients with clarity.




Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Mentor junior designers and maintain a high quality bar across the team.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of product design experience (mandatory).
Strong portfolio showing design depth: systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
Ability to explain every design decision, not just present the output.
Robust communication skills across clients, engineers, and designers.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Fluency with AI design tools.
Some knowledge of branding and brand systems is a plus.
Formal design education preferred.
