As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand our customer base, develop strategic partnerships, increase bookings, and drive revenue.
About the Role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients and partners across Malappuram and Calicut.
The role will focus on corporate bookings, group bookings, institutional business, travel partnerships, lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion.
The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, generating leads, building relationships, following up with prospects, and closing deals.




This is a full-time, on-site role focused on the Malappuram and Calicut markets, with travel required for client meetings, sales visits, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Malappuram and Calicut markets.
Develop corporate, institutional, group, and travel-related business opportunities.
Build relationships with companies, schools, colleges, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and other potential partners.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Conduct client meetings, sales visits, presentations, and property visits when required.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to develop suitable packages and proposals.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
