About Position:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Direct Tax team. This role is responsible for supporting the organization's direct tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax audits, tax reporting, and advisory activities while ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do:

Support direct tax compliance activities including preparation, review, and filing of statutory tax returns.
Prepare and analyze tax-related data extracted from ERP systems for compliance, reporting, and audit purposes.
Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns and ensure timely completion of statutory obligations.
Support direct tax assessments, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and regulatory reviews.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports for management and statutory reporting requirements.
Assist in maintaining transfer pricing documentation and supporting transfer pricing compliance activities.




Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting.
Support tax planning initiatives and provide assistance on tax-related advisory matters.
Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities as required.
Support taxation-related processes within accounting, ERP, and financial systems.
Analyze tax implications of business transactions and provide data-driven insights.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and support implementation of compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related queries and issues.
Ensure adherence to ethical accounting, taxation, and governance practices.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to overall team objectives.
