Role Description The Upskilling Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this position, the consultant works directly with learners to assess skill gaps, recommend relevant learning paths, and guide them through upskilling and reskilling programs. Daily activities include conducting one-on-one consultations, facilitating group sessions or workshops, and helping learners set realistic career and learning goals.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine program offerings, collecting feedback to improve learner experience, and tracking progress and outcomes using defined metrics. The Upskilling Consultant supports learners throughout their certification journey, ensuring they stay motivated, engaged, and aligned with current industry demands.
Qualifications
Ability to assess skill gaps and design personalized upskilling plans tailored to individual career goals.
