Job Title : Business Development Executive

Experience: Freshers - 2 Years
Education: B.E. Mechanical / MBA (Marketing) preferable

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
Identify potential clients, key decision-makers, upcoming projects, and new business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, market research, and industry events.
Convert enquiries and leads into business opportunities through effective sales follow-ups and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention and revenue growth.
Collaborate with technical and internal teams to understand and address client requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Identify new markets, campaigns, services, and distribution channels to expand the company’s market presence.
